And it makes total sense.

If people execute an idea half-heartedly and it fails you’ll never know what it was.

Was it the idea or the poor execution?

I think that “Disagree & Commit” is all you need when you have a very talented but big team where different perspectives will raise. I live even the way it is expressed :)

Despite his 'strict' 1st impression, coach Željko Obradović always creates a team environment which promotes emotional safety. And if it is clear that nothing is personal, success is really close :)

Α moto Im fan of it is “strict but fair”. I really like this leadership style, one that sets high expectations but also is fair and open to recognize success. I think that Zeljko is an enthusiast of this approach!
